Stayed for one night on my way back home. The receptionist was nice, and the check-in process was quick. My only small issue was the pillow that was too small and the bed that was a little noisy, but those were minor things. Overall, good, and I’d stay at it again.

I had a wonderful stay, and the location is very convenient if you're visiting Loma Linda Hospital. The staff were incredibly kind, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was comfortable. The room was neat, it also had microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and iron box , which I found really useful. Staff were courteous and check in and check out was smooth.

Awful! We booked a queen room and the room we received was old. Nothing like the pics of the room we booked. AC wasn’t working so we requested another room and the man at the desk was vey rude. Said there’s no other queen beds available when the parking lot was empty and it was mid week. Gave us a full bed room which was uncomfortable and my partner and I barely fit. Please DO NOT stay here.

Black mold

The beds were so uncomfortable the room smelled bad the air conditioning was terrible and full of mold there is no one on property at night if you have a problem. I had to call a number for help and walked up and down stairs to get keys from a box and it was ridiculous with two young kids moving to another room in middle of the night and then next room the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep and my son was in icu and I needed the rest I will never stay here again

Well it was not close to any restaurants it was on university campus on one side of street, and subdivision on the other.They said breakfast was at 8:00 am-10:00am. I had to call for them to come open the door to office .He wasn’t happy by his facial expression.I did as directed by the sign saying office closed till 12 noon .The breakfast was instant oatmeal 2 packages one banana.My husband and I had to share .The water was cold. Therefore we never ate. The only good thing is that it was quiet. Thank You.

A safe neighborhood and a simple clean comfortable motel. Easy walk to campus and a cafe across the street. Note that breakfast starts at 8:00 instead of 7:30. Would stay again.

Worst place ever

There was a hole in the wall first night i told them about it they did nothing the second night there the bus was infested by bugs coming out of the hole and they did not accomodate me and my family had to leave at at night and no help from anyone they asked me to stay the night with the bugs and they would replace me next day... denied my refund
