"Top Lage, sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal, tolles historisches Ambiente, Comfort ok, Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht / zu kalt, extrem hellhöriges Zimmer / man hörte alles & wirklich alles ! Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen , Frühstück sehr dürftig, definitiv keine 5 Sterne !"

"Sehr gute Lage im Centro Historico. Frühstück nur 3 Sterne und ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat leider gefehlt. Late checkout war nicht möglich , nicht mal gegen Bezahlung obwohl noch einige Zimmer frei und buchbar waren auf diversen Plattformen."
