I want to open with the most positive part of my stay. Rachel at the front desk, was the epiome of wonderful customer service. Even at midnight(when i checked in) she was so delightful and welcoming. Unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. Walking into the room i was hit with a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. Followed by a urine scent that lingered for the entirety of the evening. Next, a welcoming committee of roaches greeted me as soon as i opened the mini fridge. The water in the bathroom sink had great water pressure, but smelled like sewer. While brushing my teeth in the morning a baby roach crawled out of the drain in the sink. The place overall could use some updates. im grateful to have had a place to lay my head for the evening, unfortunately i was on edge the whole time.

The staff was very accommodating, and the room was prepared well, unfortunately the smell was bad and unsafe for my children. Unfortunately there were no more rooms left. The staff and Expedia was willing to give us a refund.

Hotel smells like a roach motel everything is outdated and it doesn’t look like the picture? Balcony door don’t lock security doors don’t work, allowing anyone to walking in and out. Over priced!

Talk to the receptionist she’s gonna give me a refund the rooms smell like weed and it was disgusting. There was hairs on the restroom on the floor everywhere. It was a really bad experience.

Racheal is awesome. It was very clean. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc. the breakfast is worth it and the room size is amazing.
