The room was outdated with badly patched holes and the floor was dirty as well as the carpeting on the stairs to the rooms and the A/C vents were broken. The Tv was wasn’t working I went to speak to the receptionist and she said the maintenance guy wasn’t there till the following day. I would not recommend spending your money here.

It was alright , you get what you pay for. We had gotten a room right by the stairs so it was so loud. We have a baby with us so it wasn’t a pleasant experience to be staying with loud thumps because of the stairs. The tv didn’t work as well. It’s a good location being right by plenty of stores.

The room was ok. Staff put my family in a room that seemed to be newly put together. There was no telephone in the room and the bathroom vent did not work. When you showered the water came out and there was water all over the floor. Needless to say the entire room felt humid and uncomfortable.

Absolutely unacceptable experience – never again My stay at this hotel was disturbing from the moment I arrived. At check-in, an older man made inappropriate comments to my six year old daughter, asking if she’d be swimming in her bikini and if she was “her daddy’s favorite.” Staff appeared uncomfortable but did nothing to address his behavior, despite it clearly making us feel unsafe. The issues didn’t stop there. The hallway reeked of mildew, and our room door barely worked. Once inside, we found the balcony door was broken, and I ended up locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes because that door was also faulty. I had to use the restroom with the door open for the rest of the trip to avoid getting stuck again. The "breakfast" was misleading. There were only a few items, staff hovered awkwardly over guests, and the milk for cereal was sour—clearly spoiled. The fridge wasn’t cold, and I got sick the next morning from the yogurt in the fridge and the spoiled milk, which ruined the rest of my trip. Between the safety concerns, poor maintenance, and food quality, I would never stay here—or at any Quality Inn—again.

The floor smelled like it had mildew. The room door was difficult to open. The room smell on mold, the wall near one of the beds was peeling, the breakfast was a joke(photos made it look similar to Best Westerns we have stayed in the past) and consisted of the following - Waffles (good) Apples (only fruit), 2 cereals ( milk was sour), 2 flavors of yogurt, 2 juices. That is it. We ended up elsewhere day 2 for breakfast. Outside the hot tub was good but the pool was much colder than the ocean.
