This place is not family friendly. The deadbolt had been removed from the front door, so our toddler was easily able to open the door. We booked a 2-bedroom condo so that he could have his own room, but the fear of him walking out of the condo prevented us from being able to use the 2nd room. The bathtub did not include a drain stop, so we were unable to give him a bath. The management company was responsive to our requests, but it took 5 of our 7-day trip to resolve the issue with the front door.
Family friendly to the management company meant they provided 2 sets of kid’s tableware (plate, bowl, cups, and plasticware) and sand toys that had seen better days.
Also, after booking the property, the management company will request a copy of your ID and it will appear to be mandatory but call their bluff. If providing an ID is a requirement it should be included in their listing prior to booking. VRBO was not helpful when I reached out to them for assistance with this issue.
