Love the new renovations. They are still renovating so no continental breakfast at the moment. A little brown bag of fruit and snacks were given. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

First time staying here for a quick family trip to San Diego. The location was convenient to many local restaurants and stores. The hotel is being upgraded and so far, I love what they have done. Our room was clean, big, and quiet. I totally recommend and suggest you visit Liberty Public Market. It’s only about 15 away from the hotel.

Looking forward to complerion

We stayed for a couple of days during the transition from Mission Bay Inn to Best Western. There was construction going on throughout the property but it didn’t get in it way. Our destination was Sea World and the hotel is situated very close so we were pleased. The staff was very nice and we stayed in a newly upgraded room. It was clean and comfortable.

Room very nice...obviously recently renovated and very well done. Only complaint was no hair dryer, which was included int the amenities. Parking llot very inadequate. Difficult to get our car out in the morning with so many cars parked so close together.Lobby in very poor condition.

They gave us a room that was dirty. I asked the maid if she could come and clean it she did, but she still left a bag of trash in the room. She didn’t change the sheets or the comforter, and it smelled like a dirty mop.
