The hotel is old and needs updating, a lot rust in the room, the room service didn’t make our bed but went thru the drawers, the front desk still charged the wrong card after telling him to put it on another card. The location was great, but the rooms need to be remodeled

This motel was convenient for me as I visited the air show at Miramar. Otherwise as a visitor to San Diego I wouldn’t stay in this area as there is nothing of interest to a tourist nearby. However the motel met my needs for one night and the staff were friendly.

There was a roach inside my room. I took a picture. Aside from that, the batter for the waffles was bitter. I let the gentleman at the reception area know and he reassured me he would change it; it was never changed. Disappointing and unfortunate for Comfort inn to represent this owner of this hotel.

The people in the room above us were very noisy running round slamming doors and being rude. It was difficult to get to sleep - so I went to the night person after 10:30 PM and asked him to ask them to quiet down, he did and then we were able to get some sleep. The outside of the property was dirty.

​I had a great two-day stay at the Comfort Inn San Diego Mira Mesa. Raj and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
