STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Absolutely horrendous! Very bad neighborhood, extremely rude staff, property is beyond run down. Homeless people are everywhere. Rooms are filthy. Paper thin walls, uneven dirty floors. Fridge door hanging off. I could go on but I don't want the reminders of this place.

This location is convenient because it’s so close to old town, but my experience was awful I had very little sleep due to the locals who surround the area and stay there. Drug usage, loud, and no number or phone to call the main lobby to let them know.

Sketchiest Motel in the Circle!!!

We booked last minute after going to SeaWorld. We figured we wouldn’t be in the room long so didn’t want to spend a ton. Immediately upon pulling in we wished we had. A homeless person with their full butt out was strolling the complex. We had to pay extra for nonsmoking even though smoking rooms are illegal now. The girl at reception was nice and let us check in early, but was on her phone the whole time with a friend so we couldn’t tell when she was speaking to us. The rooms were gross at best and had just a sheet on the beds. The AC worked well but we didn’t have it on because it was freezing. I wondered if I’d bring home bed bugs! They left one towel in a 4 person room and I called for more and was told I had to exchange the one I had at the front office! I felt unsafe and slept with the chair and my luggage in front of the door because it had no second lock inside. I will never be back.

There are lots of homeless people camping on the streets by the hotel. The hotel itself sits underneath a freeway interchange and next to railroad tracks so it can get a little noisy at times.
