The hotel was just adequate. We made a last minute reservation for a soccer tournament and the location and price were good. The bed wasn’t comfortable. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room and it got hot and stuffy. There was no TV remote, no plates or silverware, and a minimal breakfast (oatmeal and coffee).

Our visit with Extended Stay America was great! My mother in law was in town for a surgery and it was super close to where we needed to be at any given moment. Lots of shopping and dining options near by and easier to get to than some of the other hotels in the area. Property felt safe and was always well lit at night, all staff were kind and helpful, and the room had everything we needed to keep to our creature comforts. Thank you Extended Stay America for a wonderful visit!

The staff was very helpful. However the facility was horrible. It was very old and dated. There was no ice machine on the premises. We were in a room with 2 queen beds but.... There was only one bedside table in the room. One bed had no lamps/lights There was no light near the closet area The kitchen cooktop was dirty upon arrival The bathroom sink was stained. There were 3 pillows on the queen bed instead of 4. Bathroom door handle was rusted The telphone in the room did not work. THe clock in the room did not work Bathtub handles were not clean upon arrival. All cabinets (especially in the kitchen area) were dirty, stained and extremely worn & damaged. Not to mention we were given 1 coverless skillet, 1 coverless sauce pan, 1 fork, 1 spoon, 1 knife, 1 plate, and no bowls or cups. What are 2-4 people supposed to do with that.... And to top it off they placed someone next to us that had a dog that barked all day - especially if anyone ever walked near. They should put people with pets in one area separate from those without pets. NOt to mention on the day of check out the mid bothered us several times 9:30, 10:30 and 11:45 asking if we were checking out - rushing us. It was rude. I can not give this place my recommendation.

This is worst hotel I have ever been to. Carpet had multiple stains. Room smelled like a toilet and weed. Tap in bathtub and shower head were very old and not maintained. No toiletries in room. When asked front desk said we need to ask for it. Room was not livable and we had to find another room at 9 PM. Overall it was a terrible experience.
