Overall staff and property were nice. A lot of homeless population with needles on ground, which made it hard having children with us. Hotel had good security especially with vehicles. Nothing wrong with Hotel, mostly location of it

The hotel was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Midway! The staff were very helpful — especially Vanessa at the front desk! The elevators were not an issue nor were the city sounds. I would stay here again!
