My stay was good except my room was next to a loud air unit which shook my room non stop, it really made the stay unpleasant, not to mention the noise insulation in general is pretty bad. Apart from that the staff is kind and accommodating.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Also we had total control over the heat and air conditioning which was great. Also, staff was very accommodating giving us free water every day when asked. The only thing I wish they had was a free breakfast.

No one slept well

I love a good Hilton, but we wouldn’t stay here again. It was okay as a hotel in general and location, but no one slept much. Between the loud stomping from the guest room above us, loud voices in our own hallway, and the ridiculously loud AC unit that woke us up every time it kicked on, we didn’t get much sleep. Also, the girl at the desk the night we checked in could use more training as to what the word “hospitality” means. Not sure she was all there either.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I am getting comfortable with it. It is only when I prefer to stay close to the Old Town for personal reasons. I love that it's quiet and clean as well. THE ONLY thing I was disappointed from my last visit was I merely requested that we are booked on the first floor and did not grant me the request which annoyed me very much!!! Thank you!!!!

Your restaurant was not up to my previous Hilton experiences. Breakfasts were good but dinners were poorly prepared. In trying to find improved menu selections, we tried nearby restaurants. After my third dinner, I learned to hate Mexican food! Even when I asked the front desk staff for alternate restaurant suggestions the Hilton staff could only recommend more Mexican restaurants!
