Great views just as shown in the pictures. The unit is on 3rd floor but building is on a bluff, so it feels high up and open. Living, dining, and bedrooms are all spacious. Beds are comfortable. Both bathrooms are newish and clean. The building is in a very nice and safe neighborhood, within easy distance to the zoo, sea world, birch aquarium, little Italy, seaport village, etc. The kitchen is spacious and clean. A few more plates/bowls would be nice but it’s a very minor thing. Adam the host/manager is friendly and responsive. Overall this is absolutely a 5 star Vrbo experience, especially considering the very reasonable rent.

Loved this place! Adam was very responsive, gracious, and helpful through our stay. The apartment felt like home. Beds were very comfy and the views were awesome. Very clean and modern in comparison to other places we’ve stayed before. Central to everything we came into town to do and was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Recovery pad

Stayed in San Diego after getting a rhinoplasty in Tijuana. Though we didnt get to do much, it was nice to have a clean, quiet, and private space to recover. Host was excellent and place was cozy.

Different but good

We didn't actually stay here, Adam contacted me to say the elevator wasn't working and he wanted us to be able to access our rental so he upgraded our stay to a penthouse with a private elevator and parking. I realize this isn't a regular occurrence but we appreciated the special care he gave us. He is a wonderful host.

Great property

The property was as described. It worked very well for 4 adults. Easy to get to and extremely comfortable. The host was very attentive, responding very quickly to any inquiries we had. As a side note: While I wouldn't degrade it a star, the property is in the departure path of the airport. Though not terrible, it does offer a bit of noise in the mornings. Overall, we enjoyed the property and location.

Quick SD get away

Adam was so easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home was clean and comfortable and the sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. It was just a quick drive to all the locations of our interest. Would definitely recommend

Incredible view and beautiful unit!

This was a luxury unit with an amazing 180 degree view west. Sunsets were beautiful, and the condo was very comfortable for two couples--two bedrooms/2 baths. There were regular planes taking off overhead, but they stopped during the sleeping hours. The host, Adam, was very responsive and helpful. We give it 5/5.

Beautiful Apartment

Adam’s apartment had a beautiful view with a deck that let us watch the sunset from the comfort of the apartment. The apartment was clean and the rooms were comfortable, the sofa was also extremely comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets for the sofa. There were AC units setup in both bedrooms to make sleeping more comfortable.

Great location and the night views are amazing

Adam was very communicative and helpful. The place was clean, well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Great ocean breeze and a fantastic view. The location is very central to many of the attractions San Diego has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Air traffic noise

The condo itself was decent, I wouldn’t say “million dollar.” The main problem was the air traffic. This condo sits directly in the flight path of planes leaving the airport. From 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the roar of airplanes ascending graced our ears every 1-5 minutes.
