There really is nothing like being ocean front. A beach vacation is always nice but the difference from being a few blocks away from the ocean and being ocean front is really like being miles apart. This is an opportunity to be ocean front in South Mission Beach one of the premiere locations any where in the world and our location is away from the large parking lots where the beach gets crowded. Many days at our house you'll feel like you are on a private beach. Treat your family to an OCEAN FRONT vacation and you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment directly on the ocean front, direct ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Located in a quiet area in South Mission Beach but only a five minute walk to the attractions at Belmont Park.

Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food.

A maximum of four people are allowed on the property at any one time. Please no events or parties. Great for a small family or a couples getaway.

Inside direct ocean view from the living room and kitchen. Fully furnished kitchen. DirectTV and free WIFI access. Simmons Beautyrest Heavenly King Bed with an adjustable base in the bedroom and queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided. New laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom.

Outside step onto the beach or enjoy the patio with a table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas. BBQ on gas grill while enjoying the ocean views.

Onsite outside parking for one medium sized vehicle. (large vehicles like a Suburban will fit but it's tight)

We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away.

Great beachfront spot

Perfect location just steps from the sand. This cute little condo had everything we needed including a comfortable bed. Close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough to stay quiet. There’s also two markets about a block away for essentials. Perfect large patio space to sit and watch the sunset and enjoy some volleyball. Also very close to SeaWorld, downtown, or La Jolla.

We loved being able to go right out on the beach and walk to Belmont! It was very easy to check in and out. And very easy to communicate with the owner. The only issue was when the folks staying in the place next to us arrived it was quite loud - when anyone is walking or moving around in the space above you it is quite loud

Poorly constructed. Unlike the pristine pictures. It is old and badly in need of deep cleaning and painting. The front door and screen door were littered with many/possibly hundreds of dead flies; rusty grates. On bottom floor. Every step crashes

It was perfect and just what I needed!

It was right on the ocean with spectacular views. It’s true to the pictures and listing description. It was cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I’m picky. There is also a great coffee shop/stand right around the corner.

We stayed here and visited downtown San Diego zoo, and the park. It was easy and we had a wonderful stay. It was cold, but there was a space heater, which did the trick. Location is great

The location was great 5 stars interior was clean and comfortable 4 stars but the view from the inside was a little disappointing because the windows were dirty diminishing the outstanding view 3 stars and the outside grill was left dirty from former users and the gas tank could not be turned off possible fire hazard 2 stars

Great location!

Really enjoyed the location for activities and people watching on the beach/boardwalk. Was a little warm for no AC, but that's not the norm in San Diego, so understood and there would really good fans.
