Additional Note:

There is an outdoor shower that is for our 2 units on the side of the building near the entrance of the 3771 unit. Please feel free to use it to wash sand off after the beach.

Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
- Absolutely no smoking, and absolutely no parties, 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.

- We only accept 1-2 pets, depending on size.
