The room was clean and nice. Staff was accommodating when we needed things cleaned or new towels. We were in first level by the office and streets were loud, we had a neighbor on top that was so loud throughout all night. Location is good up the street from ocean

I was locked out of my room the entire last 1.5 days of my trip because the key card for my rooms expired. I went down to the office multiple times for This issue and all they told me was that they let the maintenance man know and he would fix it soon. However, it never got fixed and I needed to go the office every time I needed to be let into my room so they could use their master key to let me in. Overall , very inconvenient
