Had a great stay at Staypineapple in San Diego. The location is fabulous in the Gaslamp district. The hotel has a nice, friendly vibe. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk people were all very nice and helpful. We took advantage of the extras they offered of daily coffee, sugar cookies, filtered water and even bicycles that you can check out for the day. We will definitely continue to look for Staypineapple hotels around the U.S. I just wish they would improve their website so that you can check, confirm and change/cancel reservations rather than having to do it over the phone. Nevertheless, we had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

I recently stayed at Staypineapple hotel Z and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a tidy environment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is fantastic, situated in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars. The vibrant atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic location but rooms were small and no fridge. Did not care for the European bedding (separate duvets) No area to unload luggage and parking lots were a long ways away. Staff was amazing and helpful.

Amazing stay at the Pineapple! We were given a room upgrade to a suite since it was my husband’s birthday, and we enjoyed it very much. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the duvets were so cozy and soft. Employees were all so nice and greeted us each time we came through the lobby. Great location in Gaslamp. I really liked the free metal water bottles and refill station. I will definitely be returning.
