This is an older property and some of the rooms have not been updated/renovated. Our room had mold on the walls (NOTHING A LITTLE SPRAY OF BLEACH WONT CURE) probably because there is only a window for ventalation. Not much storage in the rooms as they are small with even smaller closets. If you need accessibility and depend on a wheel chair I would not recommend, as there is not much space for you and a wheel chair that does not fold(motorized). The location on the Marina is excellent for water sports. Overall if you come to do water sports or Seaworld this is a great location. If you’re looking for modern… this is not the place for you. Not a bad hotel overall but for the price I would not recommend unless needed for location.

Was told that all vip offers were unavailable when arrived and then was told to call for late check out and was then told they weren’t offering it. Overall it was a good stay but just towards the end was frustrated with the lack of ability for late check out.

We loved the walking paths around the property as well as the pool. The rooms were pretty nice, but there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom—just a window with a plantation shutter that opens to the outside (where people could technically walk past and see you in the bathroom), so that was weird. It also made the bathroom very steamy. The Plantation shutters in the room also look beautiful, but I wish they had blackout curtains also. The colorful lights from the pool stay on all night and shined brightly through our window making early wake-ups a regular thing with young kids.

Beautiful property

The ambience around the hotel was beautiful. The greenery and being by the bay was really nice. The room was nicely set up but was a little small. We were pretty comfortable though and spent as much time as possible outside. My only complaint really is that the walls seem pretty thin. If you have a tough time sleeping with noise, I definitely recommend bringing a sound machine.
