Property is lovely; staff go above and beyond to make your stay exemplary. Restaurant is quite good. I don’t believe there’s a breakfast option. The pool area has ample lounge chairs and waitress service, which is definitely a plus. The room is okay - nothing to write home about. The beds were fine, although not outstanding. There’s a refrigerator, robes, ironing board and iron, and a coffee maker. There’s a desk with one chair, so it’s not amenable to two people playing games and it makes the room cramped. The room shows its age. But overall, a lovely stay on the bay!

Nice hotel with ok accommodations/service

I enjoyed my time at the Dana, I have stayed here in the past as well. The restaurant onsite had good food and good service. It’s a great location for walking. The staff was friendly and accommodating however I did have tiny ants in my room. Staff were prompt to fix the issue and throughly cleaned the room however there were a few ants still left. I also had to ask for my room to be cleaned multiple times as they didn’t automatically come to clean each day. I went 2 days without any service which was frustrating. They have laundry services to do your own laundry with reasonable prices.

Very clean property, and great place to get away and relax! Firefly restaurant was delicious and is your go to for meals if you want to stay on site and play all day. The beds were just ok. I’m used to more of a pillow top feel.

Stayed at a room with garden view, which turned out to be to the pool! Super convenient place to stay. The room had microwave & mini fridge. We got to enjoy the pool and movie night. I like that they have the option to rent different water activities.

We had a great time. Our room was on the very far park end which wasn't ideal. I would have loved to look out toward the bay. The room itself was big and spacious. It was very noisy every morning when the trash company came to collect the garbage right outside our window. Minor little inconvenience, but didn't ruin our overall experience. We would come back, just will be more conscious of the room location.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I received a room upgrade and a couple free drinks as I am Platinum on Expedia. This time I didn’t receive a single thing. I’ll look for other hotels next trip.

Great hotel. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was the shower wasn’t amazing. Other than that it was great location, great pool, great restaurant. The reception folk are nice enough but wouldn’t go above and beyond, they’ll do their job and that’s enough. Laundry facility is card/app operated and WILL work for British bank cards despite the reception advice - you need to turn on Bluetooth so you phone will talk to the app on your phone. We helped several others make it work. San Diego was awesome!

I loved staying at this resort. The charm at Dana is unmatched. I could stay a full month here and not get bored. Every member of staff we encountered were kind and knowledgeable. The resort was secluded and calm. It’s the perfect place to clear your mind and relax.

It’s by the bay and there are fire pits to hang out at night. The restaurant onsite is convenient. SeaWorld is next door and we got to see fireworks every night.

Very quaint property, beautiful harbor and a great little restaurant in firefly, obviously families are welcome here and there were a few younger children around and younger children tend to run around, squeal and jump in the pool a lot... if this doesn't bother you then not a concern but if it does its something to be aware of.
