Everything was absolutely amazing! The ambiance of this hotel will make you feel like “Pretty Woman”! The customer service was extraordinary from checking in to checking out. Housekeeping attendants were very respectful. The room was clean and fresh. The room decor was my favorite, elegant and classy. The third floor has an outdoor gym with a track, pool and jacuzzi. No regrets and no complaints!

Beautiful lobby. Great Staff. Nice size room + view. Negatives were that it's very loud from the train outside, and the room next to us was very loud aka walls are thin. Also would be nice for them to provide more bedding + pillows or at least stock the closet without having to ask first. We got room service and ordered the apple tarte + ice cream. The ice cream was practically all melted when we received it. It was clear the order had been sitting for a while before we received it.

Best part about this hotel was the gym, I have never seen a gym of that quality and with that depth of equipment at any hotel. Would rate it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the constant noise of the train at night and there only being valet parking available.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the amenities were so worthwhile. My stay began with a beautiful welcome by staff member, Joe who took the time to give me the history and unique facts about the hotel. Additionally, I was able to fully utilize the amenities such as a gym (indoor and outdoor), the spa, and the poolside bar. This was an unforgettable stay and every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be back for future stays!
