Welcome to our condo in this beautiful complex right on the beach. Come enjoy relaxing on the beach or at the pool and to enjoy yourself in this quaint but lively town. Enjoy a cocktail next door, workout by the pool, or take a stroll down the long stretch of sandy beach and grab dinner at Hotel Maraica. This is a great place to vacation or enjoy an extended stay.

This condo has everything you need while on vacation. We have a fully stocked kitchen, Cable TV with sports in English, Fiber Optic wi-fi internet (we are probably one of the only units in the entire city with this reliable of internet), a shared pool and hot tub steps away and a couple beach side restaurants with drinks just south of the condo.

This is a great unit in a well run complex right on the beach. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable, had ample beach chairs and umbrellas, tons of towels, washer/dryer, etc. The pool and hot tub are nice, and there's a good number of chairs and it's well used but not overcrowded (early April). Beach access is literally right outside the gate, and compared to some other places on that part of the coast it is a very uncrowded beach. The town has tons of restaurants a short walk away, and lots of places to top up your water, ice, beverages, and groceries (but do a big shop in Bucerias on the way up). And no review of San Pancho would be complete without mentioning the live music at the Gypsy. A different band every night has people literally dancing in the street. Just don't expect to hear CCR.

Beautiful property! Ideal condo location. Perfectly maintained and decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Outstanding “extras” - beach towels, tea towels, basic soaps, toilet paper, beach chairs, etc.. All were much appreciated. Property was as advertised. Super responsive host. We enjoyed a great week in the property.

Wonderful place!

San Puncho is a cute little town and reasonably flat which was very important as my wife has mobility issues.The condo was very clean and on the shady side of the building and cool even in 28C weather.(no air conditioner needed! Our host was great and help us deal with a front door lock issue quickly and professionally. Brian helped us have a great visit! Quiet and comfortableThanks for letting use stay there!John from Victoria

Perfect San Pancho Spot!

Love the condo and the location couldn’t be better. Everything is a short walk and listening to the ocean from bed was incredible.
