Nice hotel in a good location. Walking distance to Fishermans wharf and most other main areas. We had a lovely room, very clean, had everything we needed plus the bonus of a view of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge which was fab! Reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eva. Had the bonus of a breakfast included which was plentiful and had a good choice of juices, teas & coffee, cereal, toast, waffle making station, microwave for porridge etc as well as some hot food, usually a variation of eggs (scrambled, fried etc) with either bacon or sausages. We had a great stay here and I would definitely recommend!

Above and beyond

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I want to recognize Lilibeth, Jean, and Jonathan especially. We checked out at 4:00 AM on May 16th and rode a taxi to SFO. Upon arrival, we discovered that our plane had been delayed until 10 PM. We returned to hotel, where we were readmitted to our room. Checking out at 11 AM, the hotel stored our luggage until it was time to return to the airport. You guys are the best!

Stayed here for a weekend trip and it was lovely. Great price and amazing location but I do have a few notes. The parking structure is a little confusing and our room wasn’t the cleanest (a toy from a previous family left below the bed, stains on bed sheets, windowsill dirt) but seems like a cleaning staff issue and not a hotel issue. Regardless, Can’t wait to stay here again, it’s our go to now! And free breakfast is always a nice touch. Awesome front desk staff too.
