Unfortunately, The Crowne Plaza in Burlingame is sub optimal. At 3 AM, I woke up to a loud crashing noise. I thought someone was banging on my door, but it was actually the ceiling that caved in above the shower, exposing pipes and all the insides of the ceiling which fell into the bathtub! Do not stay here as it is a complete dump !

When I first got in the room, the toilet sit has a hair and the toilet bowl has a toilet paper so requested to clean the room the next day. Cleaner is by request. Shuttle takes forever. When I called the hotel I was advised that the driver is on break and will be available at 7PM. Been waiting at SFO airport for 45 mins so we end up sharing Uber with the couple also waiting for the Crowne Plaza shuttle bus. Outdated rooms. But the people there were nice.

Everything was greag i am looking forward to stay there next time the only thing i didn't like was the housekeeper kept on knocking early knowing we had the do not disturb sign and she kept knocking and trying to open the door that day we was so tired we just didn't want to get bothered but everything else was really great

I found the staff to be very rude. Our stay was unpleasant — there was no hot water, and the toilet was clogged. We had to call maintenance three times to fix the issues. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family.
