Small rooms, nice staff but no upgrades offered such as a bottle of wine or bigger rooms. Would stay again because it’s close to the business offices I need to e at today. I walked from the Bart station at10:30pm at night and there were a few homeless people sleeping on the streets which was uncomfortable as a single woman. So my advice would be to get an uber even if it’s close by at night. Other than those things it’s been a fine experience and like I said the staff doorman and front desk were very friendly and attentive.
Teeny tiny rooms for the price. But bedding was very comfortable and clean the building is just old and needs updating.

We had a lovely stay at this charming boutique hotel. They are all very friendly and accommodating. Jennesis was very courteous and allowed us to enter our room in the morning. Having a bottle of wine delivered to the room was a nice treat. Overall great!

The Galleria Park is a really lovely gem in SF! The location is perfect for walking, dining, shopping and transit! Our room was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
