My flight was delayed, I called ahead to let me know. She said no problem use the night window. I rang the bell repeatedly, called in the Phone number, finally someone came out and we’re rude. Get to my room, the mattress gives way to the floor when you sit down. Next morning, try to make coffee, coffee machine won’t work. So look up their website and they have continental breakfast so I go down to get coffee. He says There’s no continental breakfast. And asks me to show him where I read it. It’s right on the website. He at least lets me in to make a cup of coffee. Next morning, try to make coffee again, not working asked to be let in for a cup of coffee. Any argues with me that my coffee machine in my room works after about 15 minutes. He brings me a new machine. This one actually works, but he was really rude in the process.

There was no hot water. Shower curtain had mold. Sheets were dirty. Bed dipped in the middle. Street noises were easily heard in the room. Floors and lamps were dusty.

Not good

Room smelled with funky smell, saw a dead spider near sink, seems like it was killed but the area was not cleaned, bed mattress was not comfortable, pillows were ok. My major concern is the cooler/heater in the room because the vent was dusty and when fan blew air you can imagine what I was breathing. I was so dead tired that I didn't bother to ask for a different room at 10:00 pm at night. Will not be staying here again.
