Staff so helpful. Very clean room, comfy bed, and great view of the bay. Wonderful location for getting to North Beach, Chinatown, and anywhere else you’d like to go with rapid transit. (Bus just a few steps away!). Also made use of their in n out parking privileges until 3 on checkout day which allowed to explore the city more before we needed to leave. Will definitely stay again!

Me and My Husband had a very good stay. The room was beautiful so was the view. The bar and restaurant we’re also very nice. The drinks were good and so were the staff definitely would recommend.

I couldn't sleep, the room by the elevators and it feels like you have an helicopter in your room. The bathroom was disgusting with obvious water infiltration problems and they tried to double change for parking. Never again, thanks
