Great hotel

Hotel was very convenient to get to pier and Chinatown. Room was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. They stored our luggage, answered our questions and were very kind.

I was told immediately upon check-in if I didn't move my car from the B parking to the C or D parking my car would be towed. Although B was supposed to be "reserved" there was no indication of that when arriving and parking. Front desk refused to bring the DoorDash to my room and I had to leave my daughter in the room to go downstairs to get food. Other than staffing; the hotel was clean, comfortable and easy access to my event.

I appreciated the surrounding area, as it offered great convenience with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel maintained a clean environment, and the staff were notably helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
