I had to leave a day early on business after being there a week. I asked if I could cancel the last day. The lady at the front desk told me there is nothing she could do since it was through a third party. I contacted Expedia, they said they would reach out and see what could be done. Once they got ahold of holiday inn The lady wouldn’t work with them at all and gave them the run around. So pretty much screwed me on purpose and lied as if it was Expedia’s fault. Was very rude aswell. Also the parking is 55$ a night and there is no parking anywhere around the area. I’ve seen more parking in New York

Usually very happy staying here. This time however the noise level from other rooms was very noticeable and the room temperature was hard to manage. Disappointed.

The stay was nice and the room was nice with the view. The sheets never got changed, none of the trash was taking out. The pool should of has more warm water so people could use it.

It was a very nice room, overlooking the city, conveniently located for Uber drivers to pull up to or into the semicircle. Very reasonably priced too! Very happy with our stay!
