This was my second time staying at this hotel and most certainly won’t be my last!! The rooms are spacious, clean, and luxurious. Also the staff here are amazing! I believe Maria/Marie (I don’t remember exactly) made us feel super welcome and taken care of! I even left behind some belongings by accident next door and another staff member Jasmine went above and beyond to find and secure my things which was extremely nice of her and I thank her deeply for that! Definitely my go-to spot when staying in the city!

We were welcomed by the kindest staff member! I can’t remember his name, but he said he was the day operations director. We appreciated the gold member perk of a bottle of wine. The room was clean and had quality amenities. Hotel is just off the path of Union Square and so close to all the other neighborhoods. This hotel is definitely one of our favorite places to visit!

The good: the lobby has a great ambiance and style, including fireplace and good coffee. The location is pretty convenient, close to Union Square. The game room could have been fun if it was open. The not-so great: It was hard to arrive - no place to stop the car for drop-off in front, and the front door is locked (for safety). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we had to ask for sufficient blankets and pillows (froze on the first night). There is no breakfast but there is a great crepe place a few doors away. Minor point - the bathroom is large but there is no place to put stuff. If you put in some hangers/hooks and/or small tables and a nightlight it would increase the livability of the space.
