This is a great spot near the SF Zoo in the Sunset district. Rooms have been recently remodeled and bed was super comfortable. It is an older property, but don't be fooled. Tucked between and market with awesome deli (George's zoo) and a coffee shop to cover all of your bases.

Love the windows and view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach and close to nearby restaurants. Room and bathroom are clean, and parking is a great feature. However, no lifts so you will need to carry your bags up. Would have still given it 5 stars but the front desk staff did not seem happy we were there to check in.

Been staying here for four years because the property is close to SFSU. The staff just seem to be pissed off with every minor request (I.e., check in, requesting an ironing board that should have been in the room) and they have been like this the entire 4 years. No extra fee for parking is a big plus. I just wish the staff was more friendly. Rooms are always clean.
