Shower didn’t work, heater didn’t work. The ice machine was on bottom floor. They did have coffee, but they could have like donuts, bagels etc. they could have decaf coffee as well as regular coffee. The elevator was something else. Old elevator with the gate you had to pull open. Will never stay at that hotel again in SF.

The worst hotel I've ever seen was this hotel. I booked it. The carpentry downstairs was terrible. The bedrooms smelled very bad. My advice to those who haven't booked this hotel yet is to never book it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy common areas. Very dirty everywhere else apart from the sheets which were clean. Overwhelming smell through out the entire hotel of disinfectant and cigarettes. At 11:14 reception called to say “check out is at 11 - get out of the room dude”

The motel is in the heart of the Tenderloin district. Staff was friendly and attentive. The walls were thin, the room smelled like bleach, and I saw one small cockroach during my stay. I felt like this was a solid step up from a hostel or some of the other, more questionable shelter options in the area. I slept well on the bed, the pillows were good, and the water was hot. It was very affordable, I felt safe in the building, and despite the room not having a desk chair initially, the staff was able to have one delivered within 30 minutes of me asking about one. A solid stay overall.
