Great location walking distance to Japantown and The Fillmore. Adorable Victorian charm. Parking is right across the street in an open lot. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee available 24/7. Continental Breakfast included. Great value for the location. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine for what it is. It's a small, old hotel with a Victorian theme. The furniture and interior are antique and worn for their age. People who like that style will like this hotel. The staff were fine (not great but not horrible). The cleanliness was fine, but not great.

SO COZY! It was all decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. We didn't see any ghosts but still had a great stay with all the ambience. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was close to the F line. Parking was in a lot across the street and said it was under surveillance. We had a great time!
