The Marker Union Square San Francisco was a wonderful stay. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel had a beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The evening carolers were such a special touch and truly made the experience memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jena, the manager, was so cheerful and accommodating, and even covering employees that have called out. We saw her morning, night and I believe she even slept there and still was cheerful and accommodating! We love the decor and the rest of the staff was also very upbeat!

Friendly staff however, with staying 7 nights, our sheets never got changed once and towels only once. I’m all for ‘green’ and ‘sustainability’ but crawling into fresh sheets even just once during the stay would have been nice. Would still stay again though
