Excellent staff, clean room, area doesn’t feel safe but didn’t have any issues at all. We were familiar with this area but discovered new restaurants including Tratto which was amazing! Walking distance to Union Square and cable car made out short trip even better. Definitely we will come back.

Reserve una habitación doble para 3 personas y me dieron 2 habitaciones sencillas de las cuales una habitación estaba sucia, no servía el aire acondicionado, por lo que solo ocupé una habitación. Además no sirve el elevador y me asignaron la habitación 719 en el séptimo piso y la persona que se supone sube las maletas a las habitaciones, solo se nos quedó viendo, cargó una maleta pequeña y nosotros cargamos las maletas grandes y pesadas! Por esa razón les doy esa calificación !!!
