Toilet had brown water in it when I checked in. Blood stains on the pillow. Beeping noise constantly, like a smoke alarm needed batteries. There was a wheel barrow outside my window. A balcony of an apartment overlooked my room. Heater didn’t work. No extra blankets. No staff on site. Convenient for bars and restaurants. No parking

A clean, well-maintained place to sleep

A micro-hotel in downtown Redwood City. Hotel was new and clean, but rooms are tiny. Parking is available in public lot around the corner. No amenities.

I have stayed here a few times and the standard of cleanliness and quality of the rooms remains high. The location is also great, there is a great choice of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and it was perfect for just us! I loved all the dining options that were in walking distance! The staff was so nice and everything was clean! It is small so I wouldn’t recommend for a whole family but 1 or 2 people is perfect!

Is a bit noisy in the evenings. You can heard people walking on the hallways and conversations. Maybe use better insulation around doors? But overall a great place. Thank you.

The hotel is pristine, the bedroom was small but well designed. Has a desk, mini fridge, and a safe. Pay parking lot right behind property and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops across the street. It’s a self check in and out hotel. It was bothersome that they kept sending me messages that my credit card was a high risk and I needed to complete some form, which I had to do so many times, and they still didn’t accept it. I had to provide them with a different type of payment. They accepted pets for a $20 per night fee. I would definitely stay there again a recommend it!

Bed bug. No refund. No help.

I will never stay here again. This is my first time ever giving such a negative review. When we were about to get into bed, a BED BUG climbed onto the pillow. We sent clear photos and videos to the company and called. We are not experts, but it perfectly matches every photo we can see online and does not match known look-alikes. They had no one on property to come help or look. They had no additional rooms and refused to refund until they could have someone take a look. The soonest they could provide help was the following morning (i.e expecting us to stay in a potential bed bug room overnight). We had to find anothet hotel at 1 am. The closest place with a room was in Cupertino and 2x the price. So we're out of sleep and out of money.
