The staff is very nice and professional . The property itself needs to be updated and it looked clean but it's not much cleanliness can do when properties need updating. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room. I will say again that the staff is awesome.

Hotel shuttle was reliable , was in and out for a night in sf. You get what you pay for, nothing fancy, exactly what you’d expect. Did the job, would come back, price can’t be beat. I wouldn’t bring my wife here but for a solo guy trip that just needs a warm bed and wanted to be cheap, I’m pretty happy. IHOP next door was awesome before I rolled out. So between the shuttle, the cheap night rate, and the ihop next door, yea just do it.

Toilet didn't flush, shower was disgusting, cracked, and moldy. Toilet seat had turds on it,towels had blood on them. Pillows on bed too small to fit a human head, turds smeared on the wall, peeling moldy wallpaper, bedbugs, roaches in bathroom. Right next to highway so tons of noise. Shady people wandering around outside property all night. Gunshots heard right outside hotel room at midnight. Crack shack

The bed pillows were nothing more than small square throw pillows. Never seen such small pillows for a bed. The keys to my door didn’t work, and neither did the tv. I expect that my experience wasn’t as bad as others, but unless faced with an emergency, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not that good

It wasn’t that great, I left my room to go visit some friends and when I came back later that night to sleep, I was awoken by bed bedbug bites after 2 hours of sleep, and I took a quick shower and grabbed my stuff and checked out at 3am and slept in my car for the rest of night and I had my bags on top of the bed so now I can’t bring in my stuff just in case there’s some bugs in them.

Way outdated first room air conditioner didn't work had to get another one which was down sta6 what we wanted originally front desk said none available once I brought up the issue of ac all of sudden they have another room and is downstairs.

Old. Dirty, Moldy. Smelly. Leaky freezer. There was a phone but not working. The entire room is so old and broken that I will never stay there again. Totally different and nothing close to the picture displayed. I feel being deceived. Never stay at such a place with such a poor quality. I can't believe that Expedia has this property listed.

When I was pulling up to park it smelled so much of weed I could smell it while in my car. There was some prostitute walking around outside. The room has mold looks nothing like the pictures advertised. The front door did not lock properly. I was put in an adjoining room and the people next door kid was running around screaming a couple of times I think they tried to open the door.

The room was extremely dirty. The front door look like it had been kicked in all the damage was still there. There was a mouse in the room. The bathroom floor was stained. The refrigerator in the room had rust on it. It was the worst room I’ve ever been in.
