On Tuesday, September 30, I stayed at the Twin Peaks Hotel - Castro and I paid for the room with my card and with my own hands I gave the $100 deposit and on the day of check out he came to get me out at 10:30 the manager yelled at me and it turns out that a man came saying that the money was his. The manager of the hotel gave my deposit to that person and when the camera records it, I gave him the $100 with my own hands.
Confirmation haul said check-in was 1pm. Got there and was told 3pm.
Checking out, no one at front desk with âbe back in 10 minsâ sign, I waited easily 20.
Bed was uncomfy. Loud noise through the night. Bathroom and shower dirty.
Not great. But great location.
It's a prime location, but it's older and not having an elevator was hard on my disabled husband and I, as we both could barely climb the three flights of stairs
I was lucky to be able to book a room day of due to my other option not working out and I am so grateful. Check in was easy, I booked online and the website and reviews give an honest description of the hotel. In a fun area and transportation is very easy to navigate. For a cheap stay i would say you get what you pay for but I am just so happy I could get in on such late notice in a friday night.
Nice area. Staff is okay. I forgot some items in the closet, called hours after checkout and they never got back to me. Policy in Vegas is they have to hold it for you, not sure what their policy is but I thought that was wrong.
I checked in and was not told much else-restaurants any thing! In fact they donât allow a telephone in any rooms, itâs ridiculous. Also I asked the receptionist if they could possibly have stored my little standing scooter away but itâs hard on them when they do pay. I
