It is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, very sanitary, safe, comfortable and all of the staff members smiled and greeted us in every passing. The only issue we had was the marketing manager not making it clear to the guests and to their staff members upfront about the $75 resort credits and the free bottle of wine. The details should be easily spelled out here on Expedia about what the resort WILL offer the guest to apply their "resort credit" towards. They exclude: their gift shop and the steakhouse restaurant but allow: spa products, spa services, bottled alcohol. Staff would not offer us to make a selection for the free bottle of wine but rather only offered a chilled bottle of brut champagne. Only after I stated that a carbonated chilled champagne would not travel well on the airplane and that it is not technically "wine", did she instruct her associate to get me a bottle of wine, again, without any choice of my own. The 3 ladies at the lobby desk that I incurred were the only ones in the whole resort that were not warm, friendly or inviting. Upon checking out, the tall lady with red hair did not even offer a kind parting as I checked out. If you are wanting All-Inclusive, Adults-Only vibes, beautiful pools, amazing poolside and restaurant staff and delicious food.... this is the place! There are a few options that they charge extra for such as daily access to the spa area. Grayline Shuttle service is a great private transportation option and Uber.

We arrived at the Marquis on June 18th and stayed until the 23rd. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given pomegranate margaritas. The hotel and reception area is stunning! Our room was large and the bed and pillows were perfection. I did not have a bad night's sleep. The service we were given was top-notch! We spent most of our days around one of the many pools. Erik, Jose, and Sergio took wonderful care of us. Breakfast each morning was excellent as was all of our dining experiences. Our favorite was hibachi at Sakke. Because there are so many places to see in the world, I don't go to the same place twice, but the Marquis may be the exception.

The Marquis was phenomenal. They treated us amazing for our honeymoon, the food at ever restaurant was amazing. The views were unreal. The concierge team was 10/10. We had an amazing trip that ended really rough. We got scammed by airport people for 250$ for golf. My wife was ambulanced to a hospital at check out and the hospital was horrible they charges us ridiculous amounts of money that have really set us back as a family and made us miss our flight home. Trying to recover from that. The hotel was packed full that extra night and they went above and beyond to help us get a room. Pricey but worth every single dollar.

Our stay at the Marquis was phenomenal—just absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The decorations in our room, the desserts, and the little touches throughout dinner were beautiful and thoughtful—it really showed how much they care and how they don’t forget about your special celebration. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and room service was quick and friendly. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. The only suggestion I have is that the pool areas could use a little music during the day—maybe a DJ or a good playlist to give it more of a fun, vacation vibe. It was a bit too quiet for such a beautiful resort setting. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

This property is a true gem. The Club is not at all too big, so it never feels overly crowded. The views are spectacular and hands down the prettiest beach I’ve seen in Cabo. However, what really sets this Club apart is the service. Every single person working. Here has been absolutely amazing. Specifically, I would love to give a special recognition to Glenda our waitress. Every morning she attended us perfectly and is so friendly. She went above and beyond. She truly made this place feel like Home. The only thing that I might recommend, is a little more nightlife. Since it is an adult, only, I do think having some nighttime music and dance spot would be beneficial. Overall, this place was awesome!

This was a beautiful property with excellent staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
