Fresh food. They microwave the Huevos Rancheros so one may ask them to avoid that if you order it. Good morning breakfast service but it would be ideal to have a Buffet where one does not have to wait and one can get whatever one wants... and not order and wait 10mins for the breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the bed was firm. Room was clean and everything was great.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room is spacious and very pleasant. The steakhouse is very nice. Although the shredded beef was a little salty to us, the food tasted very good with several tasty side dishes.

Staff was OK, the room had bugs. There were bunch of tiny black bugs crawling in from window crack over that wall in the bathroom. Then we changed a room, it seemed OK at first then we saw bugs again by the window in the bedroom. We were too tired to change again and it was not as many as in the other room. We understand this is Costa Rica, bugs are expected but we didn’t have this issue in any of the other 4 hotels we stayed. The steak house was so-so, sauce was sweet on filet mignon which is strange to me. Will not stay in this hotel again.
