It was clean but had some mold in the sink near the faucet. Toilet paper was so cheap that it get ripping. The bar soap they provided kept breaking. Staff was ok. They had some people around the hotel that looked homeless. There was an ugly prostitute a block away. Overall I had no issues.

The hotel itself doesn't look very inviting. The external appearance is old and run down. There is not a lot of attention to detail. It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel more pleasant. The workers are not very pleasant. Only one housekeeper smiled during our entire stay and the front desk workers, while pleasant, never smiles. Sonesta has a good reputation so I was disappointed. Staff was smoking on the upstairs balcony. The first room given to me had a strong smell of tobacco covered up by deodorizer. Not good for a non-smoking hotel. I asked for another room which was better. The telephone in the room did not work. I immediately reported it to the front desk person who said he would have maintenance check it out. At checkout 2 days later I inquired about the phone. I was told they were ordering a part. Nobody had ever come to the room. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms are very quiet even though the hotel is right on a busy road. The hotel feels safe. The mattress was saggy and soft and seemed old and in need of upgrade. Tiniest bath towels I have seen in a hotel. Two very small and flat pillows on king size bed. Air Conditioner was good. Refrigerator and microwave oven were fine. My side of the bed had no available outlets for my phone. I found an outlet by pulling the bed away from the wall. Breakfast was continental style with yogurt and cereal. Oatmeal packets, but no hot water. Juice and coffee and hot chocolate.

Honestly, this place was pretty gross. The shower had soap buildup and no soap holder. The floors looked dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped in forever. The pillows were terrible — old, flat, and yellowish like they hadn’t been changed in years. Then on Saturday, we woke up to find there was no water at all, and no one even bothered to let guests know ahead of time so we could prepare. On the last night, things got even worse — someone actually tried to come into our room. They knocked twice, the second time very violently, even pounding on the thin windows. It terrified me in the middle of my sleep. Very, very scary situation. Definitely not safe, clean, or comfortable. Never again.

This is the worse motel I've ever stayed at. The people that were staying next door to us on both sides were very loud until way past midnight. In one of the rooms next door the people were smoking weed and the smoke is creeping under the door since our room had a connecting door. When i asked to be moved to a different room the staff decided to talk to the tenants but they still didnt move us and we coukd smell the weed the entire night. The towels were stained, our bed sheet had cigarette hole, it was just awful and will never stay here again. I felt unsafe knowing that the people next door were doing drugs and were really loud
