We stayed for a night at the family suite on November 20th and checked out the next day. The AC wasn’t giving all the coolness in the room, it’ll probably be better if we opened the windows at night because it was hot in the room with the one bed. And one of my sons bent down to get something on the floor and found plastic of 1 sliced bread, lipstick with tissue that had lipstick stain on, a kids toy and some Other stuff that I took a picture of. Bottom of the refrigerator was a bottle of Pepsi half full and under the bed in the other room were grapes. I would suggest if the management can look into that and ensure that the cleaners are doing their job well in cleaning and clearing of rooms and also if the AC can be fixed and if a ceiling fan as well can be mounted. The garbage as well needs to be cleared and not be dumped by the parking lot. It’s the hotels presentation and how it looks and managed and well taken care of reflects on the owner/management.
That’s what was under the bench as I mentioned in my review.

The room smelled of mildew and I don't know what, after putting the air on, window open it was a little better. Walking around the room there were a few wet soaking spots on the carpet. Bottom of the bed had stains which was visible since the bed skirt was on only one side, took pictures, I spoke to the office. Offered refund and room change but was the only soak tub room so I stayed. Next day Checked out, it was not noted for refund now in limbo and waiting to hear from management. Who isn't available til Thursday........left an email first thing in the morning have not been contacted. 9/16

Mohan accomodated my request to change rooms very quickly and generously. The new room was great! Checkout was very fast. A couple maintenance things: the faucets in room 210 were not pressurized correctly. There was also no handsoap. Other than these things, great stay.

The room was only cleaned 2 times the 5 days and 4 nights I was there. There are no rose bushes or any flowers, pool had no water in it, ice machine broken, and never gotthe extra blanket I asked for the second day I was there.

It was okay!

Location is great but the conditions are okay and very outdated building! Very dirt outside around the building but I slept well and all clean inside! I don’t complain and would stay again!
