The staff was quite attentive, anything you could really need is within a few minutes of walking, breakfast both good and filling. Also, my room was a perfect 22 celsius at all times (71.6 Fahrenheit). When I checked in, I was casually asked why I was visiting San Juan & replied that I just wanted to practice my Spanish. After that, the staff switched to only speaking Spanish with me, which I appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, right in the middle of old San Juan. Located in a great place. Even though old San Juan can be very busy, as soon as you stepped into the hotel it was very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were amazing!!! Teresa was so nice. Breakfast tastes wonderful. Very clean rooms. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns that I had if so, can’t say enough about this hotel we had a wonderful experience. Would love to come back.

The building and room were beautiful and right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure. Checking in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Puerto Rico.

An awesome hotel. Located in the heart of the Old San Juan, so a super convenient location. This used to be a family residence and it only has 12 rooms. So it’s not your typical commercial hotel. Vey cozy. Breakfast is amazing - it was one of the best meals of our day! Service is fantastic. We won’t stay anywhere else when in SJ.

We had a wonderful stay at 352 Guest House. I highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Old San Juan has to offer. The entire hotel has been beautifully restored while retaining its' historic charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was simply beautiful with 18 foot ceilings, comfortable and quiet. The included breakfast exceeded all my expectations and is a fantastic perk. All of the sights, shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
