An awesome hotel. Located in the heart of the Old San Juan, so a super convenient location. This used to be a family residence and it only has 12 rooms. So it’s not your typical commercial hotel. Vey cozy. Breakfast is amazing - it was one of the best meals of our day! Service is fantastic. We won’t stay anywhere else when in SJ.

We had a wonderful stay at 352 Guest House. I highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Old San Juan has to offer. The entire hotel has been beautifully restored while retaining its' historic charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was simply beautiful with 18 foot ceilings, comfortable and quiet. The included breakfast exceeded all my expectations and is a fantastic perk. All of the sights, shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Great Stay at 352

A great stay in a historic building in Old San Juan. A central location in the old town, super close to everything you’d want to see. The team at 352 Guesthouse were all super hospitable and helpful. The breakfasts were really fresh and offered a great selection. Couldn’t recommend 352 more!! Would love to visit again.

We spent a wonderful week at 352 Guest House. This is a beautiful building with character and charm. It was the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy breakfast with family before exploring Old San Juan. In addition to the beauty of this well-cared-for 18th century building; the warm greeting, comfortable beds, the breakfast options, sitting together on the rooftop terrace, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and helpful advice on what to see, all made this a great place to stay in Old San Juan.
