The view from the balcony was exceptional but this apartment is in horrible condition.Everything is old and outdated. The kitchen appliances are old. Washer and dryer do not work.The coffee pot has not been replaced in probably 20 years. A Keurig would be nice. Counter tops are plastic and cabinets are old and handles have rust. The living room couch is stained. Didn’t sit on it. The master bedroom did not have any drawers for clothes. Instead of some silly shelf for the tv a dresser would be more practical. The bed in the master has a very thin mattress with an old foam on top. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Due to shape of room, there was no space for night stands. Hubby and I had to use dining chairs as night stands. Sheer curtains in both bedrooms. Sunlight comes through bright at daybreak. The second bedroom also needed some type of dresser with drawers. Both bathrooms need complete remodel. Fixtures are old and would come off when turning on the shower. The master bath is horrible. It has a sink the entire diameter of the small vanity. Barely leaves any room for toiletries. The shower is old and needs remodeling. A bench inside the shower would help for ladies shaving their legs. Bathroom cabinets are old peeling and handles are rusted. Doors inside apartment are peeling. The hanging rack in master closet is about 7 feet high. Very uncomfortable to try to hang up anything.I could go on and on.This could be a wonderful place if owners invested in upgrades.

Great stay! The view was epic and so great to wake up to the beautiful ocean ever morning. AC was perfect, we had all that we need! Hosts were great with communication if we had questions! Building was safe, parking easy, and beach access was awesome! Would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment right in front of Hobie Beach! The apartment is perfectly located by the airport and other locations near Carolina and the old San Juan neighborhood. The rooms were clean, the hosts were responsive, and the building was great. Would book again!

This is our third time staying here and it's an excellent condo. I wish the the washer and dryer were operating but that's the only issue. The apartment is beautiful and located in the perfect part of Isla verde beach!!

Large balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach. Unit came equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and cart. Property included large pool, and coin operated laundry near the lobby. 24/7 security staff and electronic fob to access entrance, pool and beach made us feel secure.

The only nice thing was the balcony and the water view The stove did not work , the bathroom were dirty, the bedsheets dirty , it was not a pleasant stay ,we lost power the food got spoiled, the owner did not did anything about it , the told me they was going to give me a credit but that never happened . The key to go out to the beach didn’t work . Ext I was dying to get back home .

Overall great location nice apartment and gorgeous view. Well kept building.

First day we arrived was pleasant apartment amazing view of Isla Verde beach it was clean and well equipped. However, we noticed a very bad mildew moldy odor mixed with air freshener throughout.My family is quite sensitive to this type of odor. The bathroom sink fixture could use replacing. The odor was so strong it was hard to sleep. The next days remaining we had no water or AC due to the metro area water outages. We opened the windows and balcony to air out the place. This was the entire area surrounding and not the owners fault. Unfortunately this water outage info was not told to us prior. I did notify them about the smell and the lack of water AC issue. They apologized and we continued our stay. We stayed an additional day due to our flight being cancelled. The owners gave us an additional day for a discounted price. They also offered to refund us if we were not happy. It was too late to book at hotel and places were limited. Overall the building was nicely maintained, the poolwas very nice and grounds were clean and well kept. The price nightly was fair and the space could accommodate all of us. The view was amazing and location.

Great place to stay for vacation, we only had an unfortunate issue that the AC on the building broke for 3 days. It was kind of difficult to sleep at night because of the heat inside the place. I spend most of my time out so it didn’t matter much.

A cute place to rest your head while exploring Puerto Rico

We had a lovely stay at the property - we did encounter some door issues, and the whole place could use a good refreshing (the light bulb out in the fridge, for example) but for the price and the proximity to the beachfront, it was terrific. The beach area is clean and not very crowded, as was the pool. The whole place does feel more like an apartment building than hotel, but we knew that going in.Our one only gripe is that there wasn't a whole lot within walking distance that interested us, particularly for breakfast options. But this was our group's first time in Puerto Rico and lessons have been learned.Overall, it was a great location for our first visit to help get a lay of the land.

Oceanfront Condo.

Beautiful ocean view and cute patio for 4. Spent a lot of time relaxing on patio. Nicely furnished. Small kitchen with all appliances necessary for comfort. Walgreens and car rental right across street. Owners were helpful with our questions.

Great trip to Puerto Rico!

Had a wonderful stay in this rental. Place was very clean and great location. The view was amazing! There were a couple things that were a little out dated and needed repairs but it was ok. Any problems were addressed right away by Yary and Victor. We are going back!!

Great location

We stayed in this same building back in March. The location, beach & views are awesome. FYI, the proximity to the water takes its toll on the rental property. Just know that going in & you won’t be disappointed. When we come back again as I am sure we will we would look to stay in the same place.
