New refurbished hotel in perfect central location in old San Juan. Super clean. Staff amazing!! Interior courtyard with covered roof with tables to enjoy the interior hotel space. Only drawback was historic building and therefore our room had no window to outside nor inside “courtyard”. Was fine for our one night stay. Suggestion for hotel is to have a bench or suit case rack for luggage.

We enjoyed our short stay. Rooms were very nice and clean. They do run on the small side. . Walking distance to everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Practice staff was also very pleasant.

We booked this hotel to stay overnight for a cruise the next day. The hotel overall was very clean, the room was clean and cozy and the location in Old San Juan has great access to many restaurants and bars. It was a great stay for a night.

The staff was very nice and responsive (towels, AC issue). The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Old San Juan and walking distance to all sites and restaurants. We had a great stay!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but a bit smaller than we were expecting. We had no hot water at all for our morning showers. That was a big miss.

Abralee at the front desk was very attentive to our needs. We arrived VERY early around 10 am off a cruise ship and she said check in was at 4 but she would do everything she could to get us in earlier. She did indeed get us in around 11:30-12 which was amazing! She also went out of her way to find a bottle opener for us while we waited. Great customer service.

Room are clean but no windows. Faucet fell off in my hand when I turned on the shower. The guy at the front desk is the rudest guy. I had early check in and and even emailed the hotel for early check in. He made me wait until 4. He left at 3:30 and the girl who took over apologized for his actions. If you want to sleep don’t stay here. It’s loud and you can hear the street noise.
