Only stayed one night but very clean, nice spot. Close to many restaurants and a walgreens walking distance. Fairly quiet compared to other areas and I’m a light sleeper. The bathroom was very small and the curtain could use an upgrade but would def book again!

Like family!

First of all, I want comment on the staff. Every encounter with the staff was pure pleasure. I've encountered a lot of hotel staff pretty much all over the free world. But, this staff was more compassionate and caring than any I have dealt with! What the hotel didn't have in amenities. The staff made up the difference! I will return to Puerto Rico, and will look forward to encountering the staff. Will be like seeing family again!

The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy, Well-Located Apartment! I had a fantastic experience staying at Ayana Inn place. The apartment was exactly as describe, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, public transit, restaurants, etc. It was easy to get around, and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting PR and I hope to stay here again on my next trip!

Chris at the front desk was beyond amazing. Chris was not only friendly but went out of his way to tell the best places around. Room was clean. Limited parking as only 5 parking spots out front so you have to hope you can find a spot in the residential areas.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless. The location is convenient and we had no issues parking. It is on a busy street with restaurants, shops, and bars.Things can get pretty loud with vehicles/music going late. We stayed Sat/Sun nights. If you need quiet to sleep, this may not be the location for you. It wasn't an issue for us.
