Welcome to Footprints Beach House — the ideal retreat in the heart of Ocean Park, one of San Juan’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. You’ll be just steps from the beach and surrounded by great local restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and cultural spots. It’s the perfect location whether you're here to surf, sunbathe, explore, or simply relax.
This bright and inviting 2-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfortable beachside living. Step into the cozy, A/C-cooled living room, which provides access to the two bedrooms and a shared bathroom (please note the back bedroom does not have its own A/C—most guests leave the connecting door open to share the cool air). The living room also opens to a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. Internal stairs lead to a spacious rooftop terrace, perfect for catching the ocean breeze, dining outdoors, or relaxing under the stars.
Please note: Puerto Rico may occasionally experience water or electricity outages. The property is equipped with a backup generator and water cistern to help maintain comfort during these situations. Tropical insects are part of the island environment, and while we take
steps to minimize them, turning off outdoor lights at night can help reduce seasonal bugs.
