The stay was OK but I would never come back to this hotel.
First off, our room was not property cleaned on day one(only the bed was made). The floors were not cleaned/vacuumed. Bathroom looked untouched. We had clothing tags on the bed and those were just dumped on the floor in the middle of the room. In addition, no one refilled our water bottles that are complementary and supposed to be filled daily. When calling the reception, they said that the cleaning crew is done for the day(4 pm) but they will put in the request for tomorrow. The next day same story, except this time they refilled the waters. The floors were not touched and nothing was moved/cleaned/dusted.
At the time, there was a cleaning person on the floor and I asked her if they can send someone to clean the floors at least. She said she was not the one cleaning our room but will do the floors once she is done with the room. Well, she never showed up. I called the reception and they sent someone to vacuum the floors. Took her approximately 3 min and safe to say she did not do a good job at all.
Another point, the hotel is extremely understaffed. By the checkout there was only was person checking everyone out(there was a line of 4 people) and getting the cars from the parking lot. What should have been a 5 minute process, turned into 30 minutes.
Overall, the property was pretty good with a nice pool and decently priced drinks but our experience definitely made a negative impression on the hotel
