Food a bit expensive.breakfast definitely not worth the cost. Otherwise it definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Wh had king bed ocean view tower. Room very spacious with sitting room and a bedroom with a very large bathroom. Came on vacation with our teen daughters. Yes, we would stay at Vanderbilt again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant. My only issue was with the third-party booking through Expedia. The listing described our room as having an ocean view, but what we actually received was a partial ocean view — mostly obstructed by a pillar and a palm tree. While the hotel did offer a discount for the inconvenience, it was still disappointing. I recommend confirming directly with the hotel to ensure the room matches what’s advertised on third-party sites.

The Condado Vanderbilt was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean(it has a nearby beach, but you can't swim there). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved the pool area the best. Having breakfast there was convenient to being by the pool. There was a musty smell in our room that we could not get rid of, even with air freshener.

We stayed in the Biltmore Suite on our family vacation. While we had hopes for this 5-Star resort, it fell was short of 5-stars. Our towels were dirty. They were stained. We called and had new towels brought three times, all stained. My children’s pillows had stains and dried blood spots on them. We went through all levels of management to get clean linens. It was shocking, disappointing, stressful, and absolutely unacceptable. Beware of this hotel and their claims of “5-Stars”.
