5 night stay was amazing. We booked an oceanfront balcony and it was worth every penny. I know some reviews complain about the planes. Yes you can hear them. After a day you kinda forget about it. It isn't vacation ruining- you couldn't hear them in our room. We spent a lot of time at the casino and the cafe. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile. We had an amazing time and will be back!

The hotel isn’t bad. The walls are thin, so I kept getting woken up when people walked or talked in the hallways. Also, it’s a little confusing to get to the pool. But overall great experience! Easy access to the beach and it’s a casino area in the hotel! The pool area was also wonderful

I really enjoy this hotel. It is my second time staying here. I always get bad luck with the chigger bites but luckily it’s just me that gets bit and not my family. The resort gives free bug repellent but unfortunately I still got ate up even though I dowsed myself in the spray. There was one night it got rowdy with the locals coming in. They were drinking heavily and breaking bottles by the pool. I felt uncomfortable and left back to our room but there was security out by the pool patrolling. It just was not very family friendly. I do wish they would give out different bracelets. They have the type of bracelets that tighten over time and they just get too tight around the wrist. The resort fees is what really has me thinking we won’t be back. With $25 parking daily plus taxes plus a resort fee of $45 it ends up being too expensive. Our 6 days ended up being $500 in just fees. Since there was construction going on they could’ve made the fees less expensive. Housekeeping is amazing and the coffee shop was a hit. I do recommend this hotel just beware of the chiggers and resort fees. I also really appreciate the safe driving. I did not see one car wreck while in Puerto Rico.

Hotel was great and location was excellent too. Just we struggled a bit with food options since we couldn’t find much of Indian restaurants around there. In-house restaurants were ok but they take too long every visit. May be that’s how it should be but for us we felt it’s too long of a wait to be attended or served. Otherwise housekeeping did good job and requests were being handled well. Your valet service and the valet team were the excellent out of all for us. They greeted us every time we requested a valet service no matter what time it is and they went above and beyond our expectations. Except that the security officer didn’t understand that the alarm went off due to popcorn in the microwave, we all had great time over there and enjoyed the vacation. It’s already 19+ years we have been staying with Marriott and it never has disappointed us.

Once we got there we were amazed, the hotel is very elegant. What I liked the most about my stay was the easy access to the beach and the courteous staff. It all seemed pleasant until we got to our room. The smell of humidity in it was unbearable, my teenage daughter’s allergies were immediately triggered. Also, with such humidity the carpet in our room felt sticky couldn’t even walk barefoot and the bed comforters and sheets felt humid even though they were dry. Another thing we didn’t like was the noise coming from the hotel construction where our room was right above it, it started I believe at 7am. Thank goodness we were out exploring the island and didn’t have to be in our room but only to sleep and shower. They definitely need to do better.

Ocean front beautiful beach very well kept. Nice room, however the curtains were old and damaged hanging down. Staff mostly friendly, Johansen at the bar very attentive and friendly. The front desk rep that took care of us for check in could use a smile be more friendly and offer information about the property and the area. Nice bar area, they could have a DJ or band at night to entertain guests.

This property was recommended by some friends and I loved this property. We were welcomed by lovely staff who we notified before landing that we would be late to check in. There was no problem! Our room was very great it overlooked the beach and the pool, which were right across from each other. Beach chairs are provided and they also have an outdoor restaurant, swim-up bar, and small truck for drinks and food. However, the menu wasn't to our liking so we always ate out. The hotel consistently maintained our room clean with new towels and fresh sheets. At the moment of check out, the hotel was able to hold our bags until it was time for our flights!

I noticed the sand at other beaches were nicer. Not a bad hotel but the beaches are better by Christianson breakfast area. The breakfast didn’t good. There were gnats flying around the fruit and food.
