This hotel didn’t meet my expectations. There was only hot water in the shower. I was informed by the staff that the sinks only had cold water. The door to the room didn’t have a deadbolt lock and used a key NOT a keycard. I couldn’t get extra pillows and they only had bath towels.

Everything was horrible from the beginning they only had one staff person working and she was really rude we had never been at a supposed to be hotel without a phone inside the room to reach out, we got there early and they made us wait until 3 that’s ok if you or pack with people ,
