Spend the day relaxing at El Conquistador Resort's private white sand beach, practising your swing on the golf course or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Then enjoy a meal at one of the hotel's 8 restaurants. Housekeeping is available once per stay.

I was disappointed with the New Year's Eve event at the hotel because our table did not have a reserved notice, therefore; another family took over our table and party hats and noise makers. We had to tell them to leave very uncomfortable. Party was disappointing. Food was average. The ferry to palomino Island was easy, convenient and very organized. The island was lots of fun, good shops and very clean bathrooms.

A lot of amenities, golf, tennis, pickle ball, ferry to private beach with restrooms/restaurant/beach volleyball and more. Live music every night we were here. Many restaurants, which were about average. Close to El Yunque rainforest and other marinas from which to launch snorkeling trips.

Amazing property with beautiful views. Food was better than expected and staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Our stay was memorable and one we would love to repeat. If I was to make suggestions I would say: have an adult pool, or a more quiet area; gym is too small, you could add a studio using the closed stores beside the gym; offer water by the tennis courts and refill the coolers by the pickleball courts.

1-Hot water to shower was impossible to achieve. 2-Room temp unable to regulate (always cold even when thermostat was off) fan always on cold 3-Every indoor area was freezing including restaurants. I became ill! 4-Navigation of property is difficult. 5-Television hotel guide should indicate restaurants menus along with daily activities. 6-Corporate managements guess relations are a failure. (hotel staff do care) Many more issues are noticeable. This property could be the GEM of Puerto Rico if managed correctly.
