Hotel is expensive for no reason. We requested housekeeping one day and when we got back the beds were barely made, strands of hair were not picked up, paper and other stuff on the floor were not even vacuumed. They also ran out of towels and we had to wait 2 hours to get some which was a huge inconvenience. The casino was the best part about this trip.

I love staying at Embassy Suites! The staff is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable. My view was breathtaking and the breakfast is the best! I enjoyed seeing some staff members who have been there since before my first visit, over 6 years ago. It was like visiting with family. I highly recommend it! I also enjoyed the private area on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful mini vacation. I can't wait until next time!
