Pillows were super flat which bother my neck. They had carpet in the room smelled like urine every time you walked in. The room was not Vacuumed right they had left the same crumbs in the same spots since we got there. The washing machine were $3.00 for wash and $3.00 for drying and it used quarts only which they had no change machine to get the quarters and the hotel had none. We called to see if we can get plates to our room and they said yes but never showed up. They were also cheap with the bathroom toiletry and the shower gel ran out the first night since it was almost empty. The air conditioner does not cool the room enough since they control it. The morning front desk crew were super friendly which i liked and were helpful.

Nice hotel very close to the beach though not very safe to just walk às there are many cars going bye fast, dont stop. Nice large and clean Pool. Restaurant was very nice but límited dinner menu. Breakfast is amazing though, full breakfast with lots of options.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Marriott! The staff were warm, courteous, and respectful throughout our visit, which made us feel very welcome. There are just a couple of areas that could use a little attention for an even better experience. The complimentary breakfast could be improved—some of the food wasn’t fully cooked, and I unfortunately felt a bit unwell afterward. Also, the bed covers in our room didn’t appear to be changed daily, and it was sometimes difficult to get through to the front desk, as the phone rang without an answer. That said, our overall experience was great, and we would absolutely stay at your hotel again. Thank you for your service, and we hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve.

Wish I could have stayed longer

I highly enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Fairfield Marriott Luquillo Beach. The property is very well maintained and has a beautiful pool area. I chose this location due to its close proximity to the beach (a short 5 min walk) as I do not drive. In addition the free breakfast offered is a plus and my room was quiet with a great view of the pool, trees and mountains. The best part of my stay was the service and staff; the bartender makes delicious lattes. The front desk staff were excellent in answering all of my questions and providing information about the local area. Special shout out to Jeremiah (I hope I’m not misspelling his name) at the front desk. He gave me great recommendations, always friendly, and pointed me in the right direction as I was not familiar with the area. Thank you so much for making my stay special. Luquillo Beach is gorgeous, I will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Marriott Luquillo Beach to family and friends. -Veronica
