We did the 2 queen bed room with 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, hot water, good TV. Beds were fairly comfortable and room was quiet from street noises. Common spaces are fabulous with free coffee, tea, cold water, sunscreen, aloe, lotion and comfortable seating areas.

Very nice property in a great, central location. The check-in was easy, with good instructions provided. Staff at check-in was very personable. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the morning crew was asleep. Literally. I caught the young man sleeping in the courtyard area. All lights in the courtyard were kept off until I checked out at 11:00 am. The water available for guests wasn’t refilled until sometime after that. These are all easy fixes that would make this a 5-star rated property always. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

I loved my stay here! The front desk was friendly, the cat is friendly! The suite was amazing! Viejo San Juan was such an amazing experience and this hotel made it such a comfort! The room service was exceptional and the distance to everything was so convenient- definitely a recommendation

An old beauty in the heart of the city. Parking was a nightmare. If you are able don’t drive unless you are ready to hunt down available parking. We got in late and all the nearby lots were full/ $50 for overnight rates.
