Perfect pre-cruise hotel. It is just a short walk to the cruise port and is surrounded by some awesome restaurants. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the lounge area before bed. Definitely a good find.

Julianna was so helpful she advised places to eat where grocery store etc. She also translated for us with our uber to the airport. The location is perfect. We got Suite for the night ( 5 people) before boarding ship the next day!

Due to the ice freezes that were expected in our home town, we had to make different travel arrangements. I booked it through Expedia and contacted the hotel several days ahead of time to try to change the date of our stay to the next week. Expedia even tried contacting them to see if they would change it. They could’ve easily switched it to another day. We weren’t even asking for our money back just change the date. A business that cares so little about guest satisfaction doesn’t need business apparently. There are plenty of great places to stay in San Juan. I’d look at others.

I wrote privately but i not even an apology was sent. My experience wasn’t good and, in my opinion, this hotel should not be part of Expedia “VIP properties”, no benefits received. The first room assigned had chips and chip stains on the bed, visible sign that it wasn’t cleaned. I asked to be moved. The second room, which had 2 beds, had hairs in one bed and black dirt in the other. The towels were stained all over and with evident signs of overuse. Paint on the walls was peeling which is a hazard considering that those buildings are old. Old should not be an excuse for dirty and neglected, and I’m local so this is very disapointing. I was too tired to ask for another room change since it was only one night. Lobby and attention were good.

The room was amazing and the price point was definitely more than reasonable for the space we had! Clean, heavenly comfortable, and the staff are so nice! Excellent location for walking around too.
