Location is good - super convenient. It’s also not too loud. That said, the hotel looks nothing like the photos and my makeup bag was stolen out of my room. When I complained to the hotel staff, it was magically found by the pool (which we had never stepped foot in). Overall it was very sketchy and I absolutely would not recommend.

The staff was super helpful! The hotel was clearly busy but they did a nice job of attending to us. We appreciated the location as you can walk to many things. We also liked having lots of food options nearby.

Super helpful staff. The property had a room where we could store our stuff prior to checking in. The single washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor was a welcome amenity; our flight had been cancelled and we were out of clean clothes. The two rooms were clean and the unit had a small kitchen. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the numerous great restaurants. The pull-out couch bed in the living room was somewhat uncomfortable, but it let us sleep up to 6 in the two-room unit.

The absolute best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful... Especially the manager Anthony. The parking situation was a mess. The parking lot was small and congested that getting in and out was a process. The room was small but cute and clean. The area although filled with constriction was still great. Walkable to the beach and the hotel provided towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. There is also restaurants and bars all around the hotel. I would highly recommend this place

Our stay was excellent, definitely will stay here again. Excellent location and literally 2 minute walk to the beach. They provided beach chairs and umbrella which was a plus. Staff were very friendly. Parking is tough but if you’re staying in the Condado area just uber everywhere it’s worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
